Madonna’s history towers over the chronicles of popular culture across the world, comprising a list of First, Best, Fastest and Longest. Madonna has broken every available radio, video, sales and box-office record – indicative of her vast fan base.

With such a fan base, the Millennium Stadium could be filled three times over!

“This is a major coup, when we found out that Madonna wanted to play here we knew this would be huge,” said Paul Sergeant, Chief Executive Millennium Stadium. “Being one of two venues in the UK to have Madonna perform at is a real honour; this is a guaranteed spectacular experience for everyone involved.

“We are delighted to have such an icon play at the Millennium Stadium and it is fantastic that we as a venue have been chosen to open Madonna’s European leg of her World Tour.

“This announcement highlights our reputation amongst top music promoters and recognises how highly we are regarded in the music industry and on a world wide scale.”
