The WRU has signed up celebrity chef Bryn Williams to cook for VIP guests at the RBS 6 Nations clash with England on Saturday 16 March.

The top Welsh chef will create and serve a four course meal to hospitality clients at the Millennium Stadium, before the Grand Slam champions take on the auld enemy in the 2013 tournament.

Williams, owner of the successful Odette’s Restaurant and Bar in London’s Primrose Hill, is the first celebrity chef to be booked by the WRU as it aims to strengthen its hospitality offering to corporate clients.

The chef from Denbigh is a huge rugby fan and is hoping his four-course gastronomic glory will prove a success when he brings his culinary skills back home for Wales’ final home fixture.

“I’m a big rugby fan,” said Bryn on BBC’s Saturday Morning Kitchen as he revealed details of his new exciting venture which kicks off at the home of Welsh sport when Wales play England.

“It’s Odette's and Millennium Stadium with lunch, tickets and a guest speaker all before the game and if all goes well hopefully I’ll be there every game!”

The Bryn Williams Hospitality Package also includes a champagne reception, a guest appearance from the restaurateur, an official matchday programme, a commemorative gift and the best seats in the house to enjoy the match.

There is a complimentary bar service from three hours before kick off and after the game guests are invited to stay and savour the unique atmosphere while enjoying selection of delicious savouries and a cheese board selected by your celebrity chef.
